Returns & Refunds
Returns are acceptable to receive a full refund, no questions asked. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to the supplier. Immediately, email email@example.com with your name & order number.
- Returned items must remain sealed & unopened.
- Must return within 14 days of receiving products.
Items will still be inspected upon arrival & must meet these requirements in order for a refund to be granted. We have the right to reserve refunds.
Once opened, refunds are no longer valid.
- Beside approved returns (described above), refunds are only granted in the case of items not received.
- If you have not received your items, & would like a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name & order number.
